By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Contest, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary. Purchase does not enhance chances of winning. The contest is open to residents of the Niagara Region and immediate surrounding area who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and place of residence may be required. This Contest is not open to employees of NWIC, its officers or employees, the sponsors and prize suppliers (“Promotional Parties”), its advertising and promotion agencies and their shareholders, directors, officers and employees nor any person who resides with any of these individuals. This Contest is void outside the jurisdiction listed above and where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
ENTRY:
To participate in the Contest, participants must visit the contest posted on NWIC’s Facebook page and enter via the Contest Form on the NWIC website to complete and submit an entry. All entries will be reviewed by NWIC for eligibility. Entrants may only enter the contest once per contest post, during the promotional period. In the event it is discovered that a participant attempted to enter the Contest more than once, all the participant’s entries will be voided. All entries must be received by the Contest closing date.
DRAW:
There are four (4) prizes available to be won. One prize will be awarded each contest day, as outlined below, between December 9, 2020 and December 21, 2020. After 4:30pm EST on the specified days, NWIC will randomly select one (1) winner to win the correlating prize for that day, which will be announced before 5:00pm EST. The winning entry will be awarded the prize, provided the entry is valid and meets all criteria outlined in the Rules and Regulations.
No cash alternative will be made available. If a person wins a prize, they are no longer eligible to win additional prizes.
ODDS:
Odds of winning are directly dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER:
The selected winner each day will be contacted via their provided email address or phone number by NWIC. The participant who is drawn at random will be required to correctly answer a question within the form. If the candidate responds incorrectly to this question, his/her entry will be rejected.
If the winner is not reached on first contact, NWIC will contact the winner for three (3) consecutive business days after the draw (dates outlined below). If the winner still cannot be contacted by 2:00 pm on the third business day, the prize will then be forfeited.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted for any reason by the specified times or is unwilling to accept the prize or unable to comply with the requirements as set out by the Contest Rules and Regulations, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify that participant.
By entering the Contest, you agree that if you are a selected winner that is disqualified, and the prize is forfeited for any reason, the Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
By entering the Contest, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence and/or photographs without compensation in any publicity or advertising carried out in any medium worldwide by the Contest Sponsor, without limitation or further notification or compensation.

Four (4) of the contest entrants will be randomly drawn from December 9, 2020 through December 21, 2020 to win one of the listed prizes.

The prizes must be accepted on an ‘as is’ basis. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any part of the prize is permitted except that the Contest Sponsor and Promotional Parties, in their sole discretion and subject to applicable law, reserve the right to substitute a prize or any portion thereof with something of equal or greater value.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Contest, or modify the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time. The prize may not be sold, transferred or assigned, and is not convertible to cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Other restrictions may apply.
Exclusion of Liability:
NWIC, its elected officials, officers, directors, and employees, sponsors, the Contest organizers, and their shareholders, officers, directors and employees, cannot be held responsible for any material, physical or emotional damage that can be linked in any way to the Prize awarded as part of the Contest.
False Identity:
The entry of any person using an assumed name, alias or false identity to participate in the Contest will be deemed null and void and, as such, may be disregarded by NWIC. Incomplete entries and entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be automatically void.
Errors:
NWIC cannot be held responsible for any errors, incorrect or inaccurate transcription, or registration of Contest entry information, nor for technical difficulties due to a server, network, hardware or software failure, a transmission problem or a loss of data or documents sent by participants. If a participant is randomly chosen during the Draw due to a system error, malfunction or defect, the Prize at issue may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another participant.
Personal Information:
Subject to the aforementioned, personal information gathered in the context of the Contest will not be used by NWIC except for the purpose of administering and conducting the Contest, and for no other purpose without consent, unless the person chooses to opt-in to receive further communication. In supplying this information, participants consent to NWIC’s use of all such information for the purposes indicated above.
Taxes:
If applicable, the Winner is responsible for reporting any taxable benefits as a result of winning this Contest to relevant tax authorities.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
