As per NWIC's Internet Service Agreement, we do require 30-days notice from the date of cancellation. You may not request a cancellation date prior to the date of the submission of this form.
Radio equipment and POE device are the sole property of NWIC and you the subscriber are fully liable for equipment until picked up. We will aim to pick up the equipment within 15 days of service cancellation.
NWIC will refund any pro-rated charges upon successful pickup of indoor and outdoor equipment. If no-one is home at the time of pickup it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the indoor equipment (to NWIC's main office located at 4100 Victoria Avenue, Unit 102, Vineland, ON).
If we are unable to retrieve the equipment, or the equipment is damaged, there is a $500 replacement fee.
NOTE: All mounting equipment (i.e. satellite arm, tripods, etc.) and installed cabling will remain on the property and are owned by the customer.

If moving and the new property owner/tenant chooses to take over the service, you will be released from liability. We would encourage you to communicate this to your listing agent (or landlord) to help facilitate this process.
An inquiry from the new owner/tenant will need to be submitted by phone or via the NWIC website.
If the new owner/tenant chooses not to take over the service, and you will be vacating the property prior to the 30-days notice, we will require that they complete a property access consent form to recover the outdoor equipment.
You will be responsible to drop-off the POE device to NWIC's main office located at 4100 Victoria Avenue, Unit 102, Vineland, ON.
Unless purchased outright, the cable modem is the sole property of NWIC and you the subscriber are fully liable for equipment until it is returned (to NWIC's main office located at 4100 Victoria Avenue, Unit 102, Vineland, ON). NWIC will refund any pro-rated charges upon successful recovery of this equipment.
If we are unable to recover the modem, or the modem is damaged, there is a $150 replacement fee.
